Interior Design Services
Hourly fee: $40.00 / hour (Based on Actual time expended by the
Designer on a project or service.
Flat Rate: Depends on Project
For larger commercial projects, cost is calculated on a per square
foot basis.
*A Retainer may be necessary for some projects; this amount will
be deducted from your balance owed.
In addition to the Designers fees, there are other costs to consider:
Cost Plus A Designer purchases materials, furnishings and services
(e.g. carpentry, drapery, workrooms, picture framing, etc.)
NOTE: How you choose to furnish your interior and how you work with
me (your Designer), will have tremendous impact on the final cost
of the project.
Items such as:
-Antiques
-Custom Furniture
-Alteration that includes moving load bearing walls
-As well as requesting changes mid-project
** Please note that all prices and fees are subject to change (with
notice) and can vary based on location of property.
