Property Management Services:
At Creative Kimistry Property Management, we offer professional service. We manage and rent all types of commercial & residential properties from single-family homes to multiple units such as: duplexes, townhouses to apartments and condominiums (As well as mixed use residential and commercial properties). Providing access to movers, cleaners, landscapers, repair and handymen, right up to master tradesmen. Our clients enjoy considerable repair/expense savings as a result. Phones are answered 24 hours a day for all emergencies.
A detailed monthly statement is prepared documenting all monies received from the tenants as well as all monthly expenses.

Rentals:
Creative Kimistry undertakes all renting of client’s properties at a reduced cost. We are aligned with several major local companies/industries for relocations and term/contract employees. We also advertise using all local newspapers, Internet and our website. Our extensive database is updated regularly. We also offer third party and/or one time rental service. Rental Renovations & Repairs:
Creative Kimistry Property Management is capable of handling all repairs, maintenance and emergencies as needed. We can provide you reliable service professionals that can also do upgrades and home renovations too!

Landlord Eviction Services:
Creative Kimistry Property Management will provide a service that can assist in all court filings and continuances until tenant is removed. Working within Illinois Tenants Rights.

Maintenance Expense
We can custom tailor a rental management package with as much or as little servce as required for your investment property needs.

Duties include but not limited to:
-Cleaning common areas (such as hall ways)
-Garbage removal from outside of property
-Snow removal from property
-Small electrical jobs
-Small plumbing jobs
-Keeping exterior of property free of debris
-All HVAC

NOTE: Any expense a $100.00 or less (per month) is included in my Management fee.
Any major problems or expenses are going to be an additional expense to the owner (e.g. the roof leaks, the basement floods and mold, etc.)
